Welcome - Kia Ora
Anzac Villa is a waterfront holiday house set on picturesque Anzac Bay on Waiheke island with views to rolling vineyards. Comfortably sleeping 7 people, the villa is fully furnished and exhibits Kiwiana art from the island, and beyond. The property has several entertaining areas, an outdoor shower, petanque pitch, fire pit and a shed filled with bikes, windsurfers and other outdoor adventure toys.
Spend the afternoon on the deck, sipping gin and tonic watching the sun go down or fish for sole as the tide goes out. The house is framed by a large pohutukawa tree, full of blossom during the festive season.
The location provides safe anchorage for shallow draft boats and, due to the sheltered location, is an ideal location to learn to windsurf.
For a perfect romantic escape for two or a holiday with family and friends, welcome to Anzac Villa on Waiheke island.
History of Anzac Villa
Anzac Villa was originally a 1930’s Victorian house relocated on a barge from Remuera, Auckland. As you can probably tell by the roof line and differences in ceiling heights, the house has had a few additions to enhance the property. The villa was bought by us and renovated with holiday rentals in mind so that others can share this special place.
